Mayte & Alex’s San Miguel de Allende Wedding had more unique details than we could count!
From their pink fine art invitations to their reception snack bar, we know their guests talked
about their wedding for months.

The Personal Details

Our morning started with capturing the couple’s personal details, such as their rings, invitations,
Mayte’s gown, her fabulous Jimmy Choo sparkling heels, and Alex’s groom details. Capturing
details with us is one of our favorite things to do on your wedding day. Your personal details tell
the story of the first day of the rest of your life, and we know you will want to look back on these
photos for many years to come.

Getting Ready Moments

Alex and her ladies spent the morning laughing, reminiscing on their younger days, and
preparing Alex to walk down the aisle. Alex’s grandma also spent the morning with them; as she
got her makeup done, her grandpa stopped in to say hi; it was such a cute moment!

First Looks and Pre-Ceremony

Before Mayte got into her gown, we captured her in her bridal robe and veil; these photos are
some of our favorites from their wedding Album. Once dressed, she and her dad shared an
emotional first look, followed by a first look with her grandpa. Mayte and her dad got into a
vintage car and headed to the church, ready to walk down the aisle!

The Ceremony

Each church pew was adorned with a floral arrangement, giving the church a garden feel. Mayte
& Alex opted to see eachother for the first time when Alex walked down the aisle, and we
couldn’t see a dry eye in the church. It was such a special moment for not only Mayte & Alex but
for their family and friends to watch. After saying their vows, they were finally married, and it
was time to spend the rest of the day with their family and friends! We took photos directly after the ceremony so they could enjoy some of the cocktail hour with their guests. Just wait until you

The Reception in San Miguel de Allende

When you entered the reception, you were greeted with an abundance of stunning flowers. Their
hall looked like a secret garden. Their reception tables were farm tables with upholstered chairs,
pink vintage drinking glasses, long floral-filled centerpieces, and taper candles with real flowers
attached. It was absolutely stunning. The ceiling of the reception was adorned with hanging
lights, which gave off such a romantic ambiance.

Alex and Mayte entered their reception with colorful smoke bombs on the lawn, talk about an
entrance! From that moment on, there was nothing but laughter, happy speeches, emotional first
dances with family, cake cutting, and dancing the night away with their family and friends!
